  • A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate analog ground plane is recommended. Keep the analog and digital grounds separate and connect them at a single point. Use a decoupling capacitor (e.g., 10nF) between VDD and GND, and place it close to the device.

  • Ensure that the input voltage (VDD) is within the recommended range (2.7V to 5.5V). Use a low-ESR capacitor (e.g., 10uF) between VDD and GND to filter out noise. Also, minimize the distance between the device and the capacitor to reduce inductance.

  • The recommended operating temperature range for the ADR5041WBRTZ-R7 is -40°C to +125°C. However, the device can operate up to 150°C for short periods during soldering or reflow processes.

  • The POR and BOR features are enabled by default. To disable them, connect the POR/BOR pin to VDD. For a custom reset threshold, connect a resistor divider network between VDD and GND to the POR/BOR pin.

  • Use a reflow soldering process with a peak temperature of 260°C for 10-30 seconds. Avoid wave soldering or hand soldering, as they can cause damage to the device.
