The recommended operating voltage range for the M24256-DFMC6TG is 2.5V to 5.5V.
The HOLD pin should be kept high during power-up and power-down sequences to prevent unwanted writes to the memory array.
The maximum clock frequency supported by the M24256-DFMC6TG is 20 MHz.
To ensure data retention during power-down, the VCC pin should be lowered to 0V before the VPP pin, and the VCC pin should be raised to the operating voltage before the VPP pin during power-up.
The WP pin is the write-protect pin, which allows the user to protect the memory array from unwanted writes. To use it, tie the WP pin to VCC to enable write protection or to GND to disable write protection.
