The L4995J can handle input voltages up to 40V, but it's recommended to keep it below 36V for reliable operation.
Choose an output capacitor with a low ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance) and a capacitance value between 10uF to 100uF. A ceramic or tantalum capacitor with a voltage rating of 6.3V or higher is recommended.
The L4995J can operate with input voltages as low as 6.5V, but the output voltage regulation may not be guaranteed below 7V.
The L4995J is rated for operation up to 150°C, but the maximum junction temperature should not exceed 125°C for reliable operation. Ensure proper thermal design and heat sinking to prevent overheating.
The output voltage of the L4995J can be calculated using the formula: Vout = (R1 / R2) * (1.25V), where R1 and R2 are the resistors connected to the FB pin.
