  • A thermal pad on the bottom of the package should be connected to a large copper area on the PCB to dissipate heat. A minimum of 2oz copper thickness is recommended.

  • Use a differential signal pair with a 100 ohm impedance and a common mode choke to minimize electromagnetic interference (EMI).

  • The IC-NQCTSSOP20 is rated for operation from -40°C to 125°C, but the maximum junction temperature should not exceed 150°C.
