The recommended PCB layout for optimal thermal performance involves using a 2-layer or 4-layer board with a solid ground plane, placing thermal vias under the device, and using a thermal pad connected to the ground plane. A detailed layout guide can be found in the onsemi application note AND9093/D.
To ensure proper biasing, follow the recommended biasing circuit in the datasheet, and make sure to provide a stable voltage supply to the device. The recommended bias voltage is typically between 2.5V to 5.5V, and the bias current should be limited to 10mA or less.
