  • The recommended operating voltage range for the BUL128 is 4.5V to 5.5V, with a typical voltage of 5V.

  • To ensure proper biasing, connect the VCC pin to a stable 5V power supply, and decouple it with a 100nF capacitor to GND. Additionally, connect the VREF pin to a stable 2.5V reference voltage.

  • The BUL128 can sink or source up to 20mA per output pin, with a total current limit of 100mA for all outputs combined.

  • To configure the BUL128 for 3.3V or 2.5V output voltage, connect the VREF pin to the desired voltage reference, and adjust the external resistors (R1 and R2) according to the datasheet's voltage-setting formula.

  • The EN pin is an active-low enable input that allows the BUL128 to be shut down or enabled. Connect the EN pin to GND to enable the device, or to VCC to shut it down.
