A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate power plane is recommended. Keep the sense lines as short as possible and away from noise sources. Use a common mode filter or a ferrite bead to reduce EMI.
Calibration involves applying a known current to the device and adjusting the offset and gain registers to achieve accurate measurement. Refer to the application note AN296065 for detailed calibration procedures.
The maximum allowable voltage on the VCC pin is 5.5V. Exceeding this voltage may damage the device.
The ATS692LSHTN-RSNPH-T is rated for operation up to 150°C. However, the device's accuracy and reliability may degrade at high temperatures. Consult the datasheet for temperature-related specifications and derating factors.
