CN0292 - Completely Isolated, Robust, 4-Channel, Multiplexed Data Acquisition System for Industrial Level Signals
This circuit is a completely isolated, robust, industrial, 4-channel data acquisition system that provides 16-bit, noise free code resolution and an automatic channel switching rate of up to 42 kSPS. The channel to channel crosstalk at 42 kSPS switching is less than 15 ppm FS (less than −90 dB) because of the unique selection of fast settling components in the multiplexed signal chain.
The circuit acquires and digitizes standard industrial signal levels of ±5 V, ±10 V, 0 V to 10 V, and 0 mA to 20 mA. The input buffers also provide overvoltage protection, thereby eliminating the leakage errors associated with conventional Schottky diode protection circuits.
Applications for the circuit include process control (PLC/DCS modules), battery testing, scientific multichannel instrumentation, and chromatography.

CN0359 - Fully Automatic High Performance Conductivity Measurement System
The excitation square wave for the conductivity cell is generated by switching the ADG1419 between the +VEXC and −VEXC voltages using the PWM output of the ADuCM360 microcontroller. It is important that the square wave has a precise 50% duty cycle and a very low dc offset. Even small dc offsets can damage the cell over a period of time.

CN0345 - Low Power, Multichannel Data Acquisition System with PGIA for Single-Ended and Differential Industrial-Level Signals
This circuit is a multichannel data acquisition signal chain consisting of a multiplexer, programmable gain stage, ADC driver, and a fully-differential PulSAR ADC. The channel switching and gain switching is synchronized to the conversion period of the ADC.
