  • The AD8572AR is a high-speed op-amp and requires careful layout and grounding to minimize noise and ensure stability. A star-ground configuration with a single-point ground connection is recommended. Additionally, keep the input and output traces short and away from each other to minimize capacitive coupling.

  • The AD8572AR has a relatively high input bias current of 10nA. To minimize the effect of input bias current, use a low-impedance source, such as a voltage divider or a low-impedance buffer, and ensure that the input signal is centered around the midpoint of the supply voltage.

  • The AD8572AR can drive a maximum capacitive load of 100pF. Exceeding this limit can cause oscillations and instability. If a larger capacitive load is required, consider adding a series resistor to dampen the load or using a buffer stage.

  • To ensure stability, ensure that the feedback loop has a phase margin of at least 45° and a gain margin of at least 10dB. Additionally, use a compensation capacitor (e.g., 10pF to 100pF) between the output and the inverting input to improve stability.
