A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate analog ground plane is recommended. Keep the analog and digital grounds separate and connect them at a single point. Use a star-grounding configuration and avoid routing digital signals near the analog inputs.
Use the AD8370's internal gain and offset adjustment pins (GAIN and OFFSET) to optimize the output signal. You can also use external resistors to adjust the gain and offset. Refer to the datasheet for the recommended values and equations to calculate the optimal gain and offset settings.
Power up the AD8370AREZ-RL7 in the following sequence: 1) Power up the analog supply (VCC), 2) Power up the digital supply (VDD), and 3) Apply the clock signal. This sequence ensures that the internal biasing and reference circuits are properly initialized.
