The recommended power-up sequence is to apply the analog supply voltage (VA) first, followed by the digital supply voltage (VD). This ensures that the internal analog circuitry is powered up before the digital circuitry.
To optimize the layout, keep the analog and digital grounds separate, use a solid ground plane, and keep the input and output traces short and away from digital signals. Also, use a low-ESR capacitor for the VREF pin.
The maximum input voltage that the AD622ARZ can handle is ±15V, but it's recommended to keep the input voltage within ±10V to ensure accurate conversion.
