A good layout and routing practice is to keep the analog and digital grounds separate, use a solid ground plane, and keep the sensitive analog signals away from the digital signals. Also, use a low-ESR capacitor for the AVDD and DVDD pins, and keep the decoupling capacitors close to the pins.
The AD5781ARUZ-REEL7 has an internal calibration mechanism. However, for optimal performance, it's recommended to perform an external calibration using an external voltage reference and a precision resistor network. The calibration procedure involves applying a known voltage to the input and adjusting the internal DAC registers to achieve the desired output voltage.
