A good layout and routing practice is to keep the analog and digital grounds separate, use a solid ground plane, and keep the analog and digital signals separate. Additionally, use a low-ESR capacitor for the VREF pin and keep the input and output traces short and direct.
To ensure accuracy and stability, use a high-quality voltage reference, keep the device within the recommended operating temperature range, and avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures or humidity. Additionally, use a stable and low-noise power supply, and consider using a temperature sensor to monitor the device temperature.
The recommended power-up sequence is to apply the analog supply voltage (VCC) first, followed by the digital supply voltage (VDD). During power-down, the sequence should be reversed. It is also recommended to add a power-on reset circuit to ensure a clean power-up sequence.
